Flap barrier gates / turnstiles are electronic optical gates with glass boards. These glass boards stretch out from a pair of optical turnstile cabinets. The boards meet in the middle of the cupboards to frame a person on foot boundary. A flap barrier turnstile is an aesthetically pleasing security access control solution. There have the same functioning as that of tripod turnstiles.
