Judo : was started in Japan in 1882, meaning "gentle way" in Japanese, is a modern martial art, combat and Olympic sport. Judo's competitive element is to either throw take down an opponent to the ground or force opponent to submit with a joint lock or a choke.
Karate : It's a Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counter attacking body movements. Fighting and self-defense are the main focuses of karate training, but its mental and moral components are intended to target an individual's total development. Karate Practice as under
Football : It's also called as soccer, is a sport that is played by kicking a ball with the foot to score a goal. A football team has 11 players who take part in a match. Ten of them play out in the field, while one is the goalkeeper.
Hockey : It's a sport played between two teams of eleven players with hockey sticks and a hard, solid plastic ball.
Volleyball : It is a team sport with two six-person teams. players are separated by a net. Each side aims to score points by putting the ball on the court of the other team in accordance with predetermined rules.
Basketball : A game played between two teams of five players in which points are scored by throwing a ball through a netted hoop fixed above each end. The inflated ball is used in this game.
