Modes of Communication

There are a variety of options for delivering a powerful message including emails, telephone calls, formal gatherings, and site visits. The mode you choose should be based on the message and the target group. This document provides a high-level overview of each method to help you to choose the suitable one.

Written Communications : An email, a fax, and a letter are three examples of written communication. Sending an email is normally the best option. However, because representatives receive tons of emails, letters or faxes may stand out more. If you need to send a formal letter, consider faxing it instead of mailing it because the mailing process takes much more time.

Phone Calls : Phone calls are best for very timely messages, short and urgent messages, and direct communications with staff individuals you know. Phone calls are also a great way to set up a formal meeting or site visit.

Formal Meeting : Meetings may be held in meeting room which is usually dependent on the firm. No matter whether the meeting is with a regardless of whether the gathering is with a delegate or his or her staff, formal gatherings are basic for message and awing the significance of your issue.

Site Visits : Site visits involve your administrator coming to see something face to face in your community. Site visits help to set your message because you can show your lawmaker as well as his or her staff how your projects and investments will directly benefit constituents.

CORRECT POSTURES

 A correct Posture is defined as : A frame of mind affecting one’s thoughts or behavior and an overall attitude : thus implying that if a security guard’s posture is correct, his behavior is correct, his overall attitude is correct. It is therefore important that a Security Guard practices to maintain a correct posture and good bearing. There are a number of illustrations shown in subsequent images, which give difference between correct and incorrect posture and body positions. “Practice Makes a Man Perfect”. Hence when a Security Guard learns to maintain correct postures as illustrated, he will automatically maintain a good bearing, which projects him and his company / employer in good stead.
